Dr. Mark Atin

Dr. Mark Atin graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1983. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and became board certified in the United States in 1988.
 

Dr. Atin is a clinical gastroenterologist in private practice with interests in inflammatory bowel disease and endoscopy. He was a staff gastroenterologist at Doctors Hospital until it closed in 1998. This led to the opening of the Endoscopy Clinic of Greater Toronto, one of the first endoscopy suites in an ambulatory office setting.
 

After closing the Endsocopy Clinic of Greater Toronto, Dr. Atin joined Kensington Screening Clinic since its inception in 2009 and continues to perform endoscopies there. He joined Toronto Immune and Digestive Health Institute (TIDHI) as an endoscopist when it opened in 2020. He recently moved his private practice to TIDHI where he will continue to follow his patients.
