Stella is a Clinical Research and Site Network Manager with more than seven years of experience in clinical trials and site operations, specializing in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) research.

 

Stella is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) through SOCRA and a Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Science, which complements her operational expertise with strong academic and regulatory grounding.

 

She manages a network of private clinics within the SMO framework, overseeing all phases of trial operations—from feasibility and site readiness to study close-out. Her responsibilities include protocol compliance, site staff training, and ongoing operational support. Leveraging her expertise, Stella leads cross-functional teams to manage risks, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring efficient communication and delivery of high-quality trial operations. She also plays a central role in financial oversight and personnel development, driving operational excellence across the SMO network.

 

Through her leadership, Stella ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards across all study sites. Her work contributes to advancing innovative therapies for IBD while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance in clinical research.
