Lauren Berger

Lauren Berger is a Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Member of The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Lauren earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Wurzweiler School of Social Work, Yeshiva University in New York.

Lauren has a special interest in helping those with chronic illness, particularly Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). She has over ten years of psychotherapy experience and works with her clients to help them improve their quality of life by teaching them to better cope with challenging experiences, stress, anxiety, and depression. Lauren utilizes proven social work and psychological frameworks, namely Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Clinical Hypnosis.
