Kaitlyn Mitchell, RN, holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry and has a diverse clinical and academic background. She has worked as a critical care nurse, honing advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills in high-acuity settings. She has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications and collaborated as an author on the Ontario Health Virtual Care Guidelines for Neurology. Kaitlyn is passionate about bridging research with frontline care to enhance patient outcomes and foster innovation in healthcare.
