Kyung Eun (Julia) Min

Julia Min, BScN, RN, is the Endoscopy Nursing Team Lead at the Toronto Immune & Digestive Health Institute (TIDHI). In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the endoscopy unit and supports a multidisciplinary team in delivering safe, seamless, and high-quality patient care. With over 12 years of nursing experience across Canada and the United States, Julia brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a strong commitment to operational excellence. She is passionate about optimizing patient outcomes, improving efficiency, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment where both patients and staff can thrive.

 

Julia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) in 2012. Her diverse clinical background spans intensive care, procedural nursing, ENT, plastics, stepdown, and a variety of medical-surgical specialties through float pool nursing. She has practiced in several leading healthcare organizations, including Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital, the University of Alberta Hospital, and Providence Hospital–Mission Heritage Medical Group Vein Center in Southern California.

 

Throughout her career, Julia has advanced into leadership roles such as in-charge nurse, resource nurse, and Unit Council Co-Chair, focusing on mentoring staff, streamlining workflows, and driving quality improvement initiatives. She has been recognized with multiple awards for excellence in patient care and leadership. Dedicated to continuous improvement, Julia has developed and implemented clinical protocols, training programs, and quality initiatives to advance patient safety and strengthen team performance.

 

Licensed to practice in Ontario, Alberta, California, and Texas, Julia is committed to ongoing growth and to cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and compassionate care at TIDHI.
