Craig Pacheco is a clinical registered dietitian and public health specialist. He completed his clinical training within the University Health Network (UHN) and obtained his Master’s degree through the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. He specializes in gastrointestinal disorders, oncology, and short bowel syndrome.
He worked at Mount Sinai Hospital with the Gastroenterology and General Medicine department, where he focused on working with individuals managing Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), and other digestive challenges.
He has helped many individuals trying to manage food sensitivities, gas and bloating, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea and constipation, as well as those living with an ostomy. Craig is a contract lecturer at Ryerson University in the School of Nutrition, and he also provides nutrition education through a private health care organization.
