Craig Pacheco
(He/Him/His)

Craig Pacheco is a clinical registered dietitian with over 4 years of experience in digestive health. He completed his clinical training within the University Health Network (UHN) and obtained his Master’s degree through the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. He specializes in gastrointestinal disorders, oncology, and short bowel syndrome.

He worked at Mount Sinai Hospital with the Gastroenterology and General Medicine department, where he focused on working with individuals managing Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), and other digestive challenges.

He has helped many individuals trying to manage food sensitivities, gas and bloating, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, and constipation. He also has plenty of experience working with individuals living with an ostomy. Craig is also the TIDHI Ancilliary Health Program Manager and a Lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University in the School of Nutrition.
