TIDHI Appointment Policy

 

The Toronto Immune and Digestive Health Institute (TIDHI) has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Our policy is that if the patient does not email or call 48 hours prior to the booked session, a $50.00 fee for the missed session will be billed to the client, per clinic policy.

 

Patients who do not show up or missed their appointments will be charged a fee after one warning. This policy is in place to ensure the proper utilization of health professionals and clinic resources.
